Passionate about youth empowerment, Blessing has successfully led national youth empowerment programs, developed innovative e-learning modules, and conducted impactful training sessions. Her ability to conduct thorough research, along with her proficiency in recruitment onboarding, facilitator support, and performance evaluation, demonstrates her commitment to excellence.
